cooling system:
Use CFD software to analyze and calculate the heat flow of the lamps, design a low-noise heat dissipation system, the lamp head part uses an imported thick eddy current fan, direct-blowing bulbs for heat dissipation, an imported 8*8 DC fan, and a heat dissipation bulb system. The lamp holder adopts an imported 12*12 DC fan to circulate heat inside the lamp. The temperature is tested at 40 degrees ambient temperature (the bulb temperature requirement is less than or equal to 380°, the actual temperature is less than or equal to 300°). The base adopts 2 6*6 imported DC fans, which directly blow the power supply and the bulb lighter.
Power module design
